Liz Rewolinski, Flute Instructor, Gilbert Music & Lessons

Liz Rewolinski has been teaching flute for 19 years. A Wisconsin native, Liz studied music education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She served as a youth clinician for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, has taught many master classes, and educated several area music festivals, including the UWM Honors Band Festival. Liz is a member of MENC and a past member of Chicago Flute Club. She has won a number of scholarships and awards, including the prestigious John Philip Sousa Band award. Liz’s students win many awards and honors and are chosen for prestigious musical groups/competitions, including Regionals and All-State, Solo and Ensemble, Drum Corps International, Arizona Music Ambassadors, and East Valley Youth Symphony (to name a few.) Two of Liz’s students are now serving as drum major and section leader, respectively, of their Division 1 school marching bands! Additionally, most of Liz’s students sit at or near the top of their sections in their school bands and orchestras. Many of Liz’s students have taken lessons with her for years - it comes as no surprise that Liz refers to all of her students as her “flute family.” Liz makes flute lessons fun and engaging in a caring, patient environment. She welcomes students of all ages and abilities!
